First off ..let me say, My Son passed away this week....so needless to say, it has not been a good week. So, I arrived at this Holiday Inn Express after Loading my Son's belongings and Driving 12 hours from Connecticut. I hit traffic and arrived late at 1am. Julie at the front desk was a breath of fresh air and she could see that I was upset and very worn out and tired. She asked how I was doing. I explained my terrible week. She was amazing!! She upgraded my room and offered a late checkout to allow me to get some additional rest, which was much needed! This is now my new go to hotel!! And to Julie....thanks so much for your Awesome customer service and for going above and beyond!! God Bless you and your family!!! This hotel is A++++ in my book!!

Positive: This hotel is conveniently located, very clean, and the room was comfortable. We had no major issues and would recommend if you need something in this area. We also would stay again if in the area. Negative: Closest parking can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle but there is a large lot connected to its parking lot that you are able to utilize.

Positive: Good location, good breakfast, comfortable bed & very clean bathroom. Overall a good overnight experience. Negative: Furniture in room was dated but hotel was in middle of remodeling so I¿m assuming new room furnishings will be completed shortly.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel near I95 while traveling and this Holiday Inn Express fit the bill. The public rooms of the hotel were under renovation at the time, but once completed, it looks like it will be very nice. The individual rooms appear to have been recently updated. The room rate included a nice breakfast and free parking. Everything was clean and convenient to restaurants for an evening meal. I would stay here again.
