This location is ideal for visitors, visiting the Historic Old Town District of Fredericksburg. Across the street you will find the Visitor Center. Lots of shops, restaurants, and art galleries are easily accessible by foot, and you will be able to find other mobile options to explore the town.

Positive: The size of the room was wonderful and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: The toilet was pretty low. I am a senior citizen and needed to use the divider wall to help me up - just a bit uncomfortable. Also, no water cups were provided - just two coffee cups.

Great newer (relatively) addition to the downtown Fredericksburg hotel scene. Comfortably appointed new rooms in the Marriott portfolio. Have been back many times and have been continually impressed by the reliable service, standard room setup, and nice hotel dining options available on site. 10/10 location for exploring the local downtown area for historical explorations, visits to the Mary Washington campus, or just a weekend exploring the 20+ bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Very comfortable, lovely room, 2 large TV's. Refrigerator, coffee pot (minimalist). Living space with desk and sofa were perfect. Bed was comfortable with nice quality bedding. Convenient bistro with coffee bar. Perfect location downtown

Within 5 to 10 min. Depending on traffic. Have to park in a parking garage 2 blocks away. $8 a day
Parking on the street is free. The problem is...finding somewhere where it IS free to park on the street.
By staff. Never had car on time. They lost my keys. I have stayed here repeatedly but never again.
If its a better location you can check out 2080 jeff davis hwy (banquet hall owned by Stafford Volunteer Fire Department aka Company 2).
There's a garage near the hotel. But it's not free. My recollection is that it was $11 per day but don't quote me on that. There is street parking but its very difficult to find a spot.
