I love this area when I just need to get out for a walk or run. If you go to the end of Lee Drive, there's some parking, cannon artillery, two trails, and of course, Meade's pyramid. One of the trails will take you back around to the entrance of the drive, where Lansdowne Rd cuts through Lee Drive. It's nice in the winter, but if it's been snowing or raining, the trails get a little muddy, so come wearing good shoes. During the summer, it's breathtaking. It's one of my favorite places to go for a morning run.
