NOT good from beginning to end. The hotel was "ratty" in appearance, the rooms needed renovation and definite sprucing up .. but they were clean, the desk clerks were as helpful as they could be with any requests we had, but we definitely will NOT stay at THIS location again. The rooms just need "help". The hotel contacted my daughter after reading her review and apologized for her dissatisfaction with our stay and offered her a free night at another date of her choosing. She politely declined their offer. Other locations have always been satisfactory.

If I could give it a zero I would. We went in very few customers so we thought it would be quick. Couldn't even get anyone to seat us. Waitresses keep coming by saying someone would be with us but after 20 minutes we still hadn't been seated. We finally gave up and left. I guess that's why the people ahead of us left and when they came by they said "Good Luck,".

Credit card machine wasn't working. One service member working the entire front of the restaurant which lead to very slow service. At one point it was three tables and it still took us over 25 minutes to try and get ahold of our server. No straws for our drinks. There is another IHOP one more exit away with much better service.

IHOP to IHOP, this was a 4. A little above average in appearance and cleanliness. The food was all prepared well and tasted as expected. They were a bit understaffed, the one server was doing her best but we had to wait longer than expected for everything: ordering, coffee refills, food, check, etc
