I didn't realize I had booked a smoking room and I absolutely couldn't stay in that room! So, they did move me to another non smoking room. Entrance is not easily accessible in and out of street, lots of u-turns made to get somewhere. 95 is loud and sitting at the front, right next to you. Husband liked the AM coffee though.....🙄

Spent 3 weeks here and even though requested, I never received fresh sheets or towels.( good thing I packed my own) People laying in hallways..trash everywhere.. staff not helpful at all. Had to change rooms after room was i fested with ants.. i will not be back

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Loved that they had a free movie rental at the front desk with popcorn. Free coffee at the cupboard. With my gold elite status they gave me free snack which was awesome

I am very pleased that we were given, as originally requested, the quietest room possible since we will be staying for approximately 4 months. All of our belongings to make us most comfortable fit very well with room left over. We are extremely happy that Candlewood Suites is available for us and meets all our needs. Staff are very friendly. We like it here!
