Just Terrible. Excessive Long wait for the WRONG order. Some staff working other staff literally stand on their phone doing nothing. Better off going to another wing stop.

The manager is unprofessional, bad mouth, lazy and it trickles down to the rest of employee's. They were walking around nonchalant and joking with each other. Mind you, there only 5 people in store at this time,, all been waiting over 40min. I waited for 43min to be exact. Then one employee ask my name. My order was sitting on rack. I asked manager why didn't you say order was ready after 43min. She replied. " My bad boo" she really brings this wingstop down. I will never go back there And will encourage others not to. I never write reviews, but this place is bad. Bad leadership.

Ordered through the app about 40 minutes prior to arriving, and the lady at the front said it would be right with me, so I sit down and wait. As I’m waiting, I see something in my side view. It was a mouse literally in the corner near to where i was sitting. Food wasn’t even ready yet, so I waited in my car. It took my food an additional 20 minutes to be ready and the wings :(

This is the worst Wingstop they have been awful since they open. We tried them for the last time past Friday I always ask for my chicken well done and flats my husband waited over an hour in the store to get home and this isn’t the first time but it will be my last time we had mostly dummies which I ask for and paid extra for 40 flats and the chicken was not well done they had no celery and carrots fries soggy and cold and to top that No ranch which we like to eat with our chicken. I called the store the same gentleman that took my order remembered me and Apologize and ask if we wanted our money back or they can make more at this time it was 9:30p he also said it’ll be another hour wait I said no so he put the manager on the phone she told me in order to get my money back we had to bring the food back so I said what you going do reuse it she said she needs it for inventory which doesn’t make since I said it’s your fault my family meal is Screwed up I should not have to drive back over there she never tried to accommodate me for their mistake at least the previous times this happened other managers were more caring but the manager that was there Friday May 13 in the evening was Rude. I wish I could give the No star.

They do not deliver, but they do take both call in and online orders. The app also works well to place an order so you can avoid a wait.
