This car wash is under new ownership I believe. They have changed the criteria for the cars that they have been servicing for years. If your bumper is cracked you can't get a wash? Wow! I'm disappointed. I've washed my car there hundreds of times with no issue. In fact, at least one time weekly. I have multiple car memberships. I'll be looking elsewhere for service. This use to be my favorite business in Stafford. The changes are minor and more irratating than anything else. That's how you as a business person should know it's no a good idea. Your changes aren't improving anything from an efficiency/safety standpoint and will eventually cost you money. I miss the old ownership already.

Avoid this car wash at all costs. Read the many other reviews about new management. I had been a customer for years but not anymore. They take your money and then ask you to remove parts off your vehicle. Management is both rude and incompetent. The service attendant was needlessly antagonistic about me not wanting them to remove anything off of my vehicle then the manager lacked any empathy about the situation. Im guessing Im not the only one they had complain about this. Do not use their services.

Been getting our car washed here for quite a while. Usually just get the $5 car wash. The sign directing you to the location says "$5 Car Wash". But today when I got to the payment booth I was told the price for the basic wash was now $9. Needed the wash so paid the extra amount. But probably won't go back again. I know there's inflation but it isn't 85%. On top of that the vacuum station that was available had a vacuum that didn't work. Luckily the lady next to me let me use hers so I did get the car washed and cleaned inside.

The Rio on Warrenton Road in Southern Stafford is the best car wash in the area. My family has everything from pickup trucks to minivans to sedans - they all get clean at Rio. Never had any issues inside the wash. Occasionally, the vacuums are a little weak but there are several spaces/hoses and, like today, I moved to a different one and the vacuum really sucked (you know, in a good way). I've had the monthly package on one vehicle but I wish they would provide a discounted family plan. All in all, I really like Rio and I will be coming back regularly.
