I paid for "outside everything" for $20, and full service (interior vacuum, window cleaning, dash/door wipe etc) for an extra $12. As soon as I get to the tunnel, I see a big sign that says full service is $10. Ok. Whatever. The was was fine. I went inside to wait while they did the full service, as I have bad back problems. After a while, an employee told me it was done. He stood between me and the door obviously wanting a tip. I am of course willing to tip, but I like to tip more for a good job. I hadn't even seen my car yet. As I stepped around the gentleman, he sighed and grumbled something about me being cheap and walked away. Again, I HAVE NOT EVEN SEEN MY CAR YET, but I am cheap for not instantly giving him money. Ok. Whatever (again). It turns out they did a very lazy job inside. There were areas of the dash still dusty, I could clearly see that the corners of the windshield weren't wiped, and while they did vacuum, they didn't make any effort to get into the nooks and crannies. However, the tires looked great, so I gave the tip directly to the tire guy, and told him to keep it. I'll keep coming for the car wash, but I don't think I'll bother with full service again.

Fast, efficient, affordable, post-wash vacuum available & included in cost, unlimited monthly car wash options, and full service available. Excellent customer service, attendants are polite, helpful, and friendly. Facility is well maintained and lot space is kept neat and clean. Social distancing and masking signs are in the door for if you go inside to the waiting area. Attendants are masked and wear gloves when cleaning inside your vehicle.

Very good experience. My 1st time there, was well directed. I do the car wash occasionally to get undercarriage ... For $10 basic wash I get that and good exterior job.
