I moved into a three bedroom apartment alone and I can honestly tell you that my stay has been a good one. But, the management staff does a great job of getting issues resolved in a very timely manner and has made my stay a pleasant one. Not sure whats up with all the negative comments being made. My three bedroom is spacious and has the right layout for my office. I work from home most days and the floor plan is absolutely just what I need. The only negative is the neighbors above me. They are awful and inconsiderate. The kids run through the apartment and the teenage boy I believe bounces a ball in the apartment. But, because its an apartment and they pay rent too, I have managed to tune them out. It is what it is. Joy, the property manager is always on point with any issue I've ever brought to her and the maintenance staff do a good job of maintaining the apartments and have great landscapers. I've searched other apartments in Fredericksburg after leaving Baltimore and for the money. Kilburn Crossing offers the best for the money and space.

Given the Pandemic situation. I hardly go too many places. Its pretty quite these days in our neighborhood. The office staff is very professional and very helpful. Great place to live for your family. Kilburn also accept pets. The rent is reasonable! huge spacious apartment. A lot of storage too.We appreciate you sharing your experience at Kilburn Crossing. Your comfort and enjoyment of your home is important to us. It is great to hear you have been able to do so, especially during the pandemic. A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply. Yes, all residents of Kilburn Crossing Apartments are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Kilburn Crossing Apartments. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Kilburn Crossing Apartments team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Kilburn Crossing Apartments have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements.
