In my first 24 hours of a week long stay. Upon entering in the room I had to wipe down all surfaces which were clearly dirty. The mini fridge smelled like spoiled milk and stunk up the whole room. Also anything that was put in the fridge took on that smell/taste making it useless to try and use. We also had pillows in a pile on the bed when we came in that didn’t have any pillow cases on them. When my husband got in the shower that evening there was a USED dirty band aid on the railing inside the shower stall. The A/C unit was either making it too cold or wouldn’t kick on for long periods. The tv was AWFUL. First it wouldn’t even come on. Then when it was on it would randomly turn itself off for a few second only to turn back on but to a different channel and the volume would be all the way up. The tv turned on by itself at 1am waking everyone. The pool had debris floating in the water so I didn’t even bother using it at all. The breakfast was cold scrambled eggs and chewy sausage links. There’s a cafe in the lobby but when I tried to order a pizza I was told “we can’t make anything.” It’s also a pet-friendly hotel and there was a dog barking that no one seemed to do anything about. If I had the choice to stay at a different hotel I would for sure. The only good thing I can say is that the staff seemed nice enough and the water in the room was super hot. Update: found TWO cockroaches at breakfast also. Wish I’d have taken photos of this nasty hotel.

This is a middle Hyatt hotel. It exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel. Hotel was is excellent condition with the exception of a small spot in the bathroom that had some mold on the ceiling. Other than that I would stay here again. Breakfast was very good - location excellent as there was a major grocery store steps away as well as a few restaurants and a microbrewery!

Room was clean, large and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was poor. Powdered eggs were terrible. Hard boiled eggs were undercooked. No bread for toast, only plain bagels available. Cereal was for kids. Only healthy option was a limited selection of yogurt. The breakfast needs to be updated. It’s 2022 not the 1990’s!

I stayed here for four months for work. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and very nice, and there's a decent amount of stores and restaurants in the area. I recommend.

Contact the purchasing department at the hotel. They should be able to tell you who the vendor is.
