Naturopathic care...but only for the rich. I had previously seen one of the doctors and asked to have an appointment with the other, only to be told I would have to pay the new patient price ($350) again. I get that they are doctors and their time and medical knowledge are valuable, but since most insurances don't cover naturopathic care, that means only those who are well off get to be treated? I would like to see them, and other NDs for that matter, have some sort of program or discount for those who genuinely can't afford $150-350 a visit or at the very least a discount for those who have seen one of the doctors there before. Otherwise it seems like they value money more than serving the community...

Amazing how so many reviewers posted these people have poor health standards all due to not wearing masks which have been proven to be a farce. I’m thankful there were true health establishments like The Wellness Tree that could see through the manipulation of science and stand for what they know to be true health and science. I trust The Wellness Tree even more because of this not to mention that their treatments along with diet change helped a good friend get rid of colon cancer. Thank you for being a stand out leader in this topsy turvy health situation!

The Wellness Tree used to be a favorite spot to grab juice or an acai bowl. The last handful of times I've been I've had such poor customer service that I've decided not to return. It doesn't take much to make eye contact with someone, greet or acknowledge them when they walk in, but it seems like that's too much to ask for the girls at the front. One of the last times I went in, I was hoping for the KTC drink, but they were out and the girl working didn't seem at all interested in offering an alternative. After a few minutes of awkwardness, I asked if she could warm up their cider and add the KTC elixir and she obliged. Had I not asked, she would have happily let me leave without purchasing anything. Additionally, I am especially disappointed that the entire establishment is ignoring the current mask mandates. How obnoxious and pretentious! Owners: I think some front house training on what customer service is and what it is not would be helpful for your staff.

Love the bowls :) so nice to sit outside and enjoy smoothies... to the mask question - ive seen sporadic use but im always masked up and lately theyve been opening the front area to the outside so very aerated To the rudeness - well i lived in LA, east coast, etc and its kind of the same... you will be somewhat marginalized until its your turn but then youre good. Just order, pay and enjoy :) very lovely street very hip...

No, we do not take insurance up front, however for some patients we compose super-bills that then can be submitted to insurance companies, who may reimburse patients directly.
