Don't expect anyone to actually show up for your appointments with any kind of consistency... They cancel as often as they show up, and often don't even bother to notify you when a "crisis" comes up with another patient which causes them to miss the appointment with you. That's the therapy side. We also worked with the WISe team for almost a year and the team members changed out several times. There was no consistency. The parent peer that worked with us rarely actually showed up when she said she would and when she did, I'm certain she was high on drugs and would nod off on my couch. I finally asked her to stop coming.

Recovery Through Arts is an amazing, helpful program for my young adult son. He works thru anxiety issues and trust issues while his creativity flourishes. He has had several 1:1 counselors over the years, they work to build trust with eachother and then work on troubling matters. Everything takes time, but things work out. My son and I always feel welcome and valued at Passages Family Support.

Had two therapist one slept through the hour and asked about what my diagnosis Was like hadn't read chart and left that session feeling less than not supported. Then one day with a case manager and fellow peer counselor decided I was ready to leave Passages without contacting my therapist at Catholic Charities and even when and she said I wasn't at that point they ignored it and all of sudden I fought to stay in the group yet even with a ombudsmen at my side and everyone said I could stay until June all but one peer counselor and said it had to be a private and is When I felt I was being set up for whatever. So I continued to go some if the groups and then they went for insurance and even when I jumped through all the hoops it wasn't enough , so quit and it was the worst experience with to much triangulation and no one knows what is going on and poorly ran
