Great location and high quality rooms for the money. Easy bus access and a nice old building gives it that extra class. Reasonable sound proofing. Building manager is lovely and made getting adjusted a pleasure. After 8 years in the workplace I decided to get my law degree at Gonzaga. Given that context - highly recommend.

I’m writing mostly about Vivian, the property manager! She is an absolute gem at this complex. She’s truly the reason I moved here. I’m totally new to the area — literally didn’t know a soul — and had to find a place to live. From our first phone call, I could tell she knew what she was talking about and was so knowledgeable about the area and what would suit me based on my job and current living habits. She helped me not only find an outstanding apartment at the Altadena but also made me feel welcome. She goes above and beyond in everything she does for her residents and never keeps you in the dark. She is always working to ensure her tenants are taken care of and happy; she puts 110% into maintaining her apartments. Anyone looking for housing should highly consider any property Vivian oversees. Not only will you have a lovely place to call home, but you’ll also have management that actually cares about you and your needs. If I could give her 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!!

I have lived in this building for a few years now, I always feel so safe. The apartments are nice for how old the building is. And easy access to the hospital, downtown, and the freeway. There are also a few grocery stores and lots of restaurants/fast food, plus a Jacob's Java and Dutch Bros with in minutes. As well as access to multiple bus stops. I love living here!

Super nice interior and the building smells nice because of the glad plugins in the halls. Apartment manager is a real mean old hag. You’ll see what I mean if you get to meet her. Looks like an old witch and is always complaining about something.
