Hello Courtney Rhodaback, take pictures of the mold as evidence. Contact a mold specialist and have them come to your apartment to check for mold. Document everything and take it to the property manager. Explain to the manager you are prepared to go to court on a civil case if the mold issue is not addressed and fixed. If the mold specialist finds the mold a health issue and considers it dangerous they can also take action as well. Might be a good idea to contact other tenants in your apartment complex to see if they have mold. Hope this advise is helpful and good luck.

This is a compliant, for A1HomeHealth care in Duncanville, TX. I have been asking for each paystubs for over 2 weeks and can’t get they. Yesterday I went to pick them up and they said I been given them which I hadn’t. I was given back in January. The owner, Ms Lindsey was extremely rude once again that she was leaving for the day and she wasn’t going to go back to her computer to print nothing I told her I had requested my last three paystubs for them since April 12 for March 15th and March 29th and April 15th. Mr Michael Body told Ms. Lindsey that he gave them to last week he is never honest or is at the front desk. I told both of them he gave me three paystubs in February for January. Last year I went to pick up my paper check and Ms. Lindsey told me she didn’t feel like getting up to get my check off her desk and I had to come back later. The patient I work for said he feels like they are hiding something and that’s why they don’t want to copy them for me or give them to me.

Sorry but in my opinion, the BBB is not set up to handle the problem you have. You need to talk to the State to see what office can help you or hire an attorney to see the person who didn"t pay you. The BBB is not an employment it safe enforcer.
Right after the purchase and item received I would have cancelled or set my calendar reminder to cancel because most introductory offers will bill 10 to 30 days after purchase, it's in the fine print

You will have to ask around and see if they were bought out by another company. If they were then there is a chance, see if the business that took over will honor the lifetime warranty. Also check to see if there is a manufacture involved. If so the manufacture should honor the warranty. Good luck in your research.

Put in a complaint with the BBB and also the FTC (Federal Trade Comission).
Most of those sales are AS-IS sales. Unless there is a warranty or guarantee stated. There is not much you can do I'm sorry to say.
I would advise you to exhaust all options with the company you work for first. Like contacting upper management and going from there before talking-to the BBB.

This is strictly legit. I was charged for a room by a hotel in MS that I had cancelled for free through a website. Efforts to be reimbursed were nerve racking as both the hotel and website were asking for info that I had already provided. Fed up I contacted the BBB in the state that the owners of the chain was in, the BBB did what they are supposed to do. The company finally refunded my money. I feel companies respect the BBB and will act quicker and more efficiently if you go through them. Yep, its legit.

Type the name of the company on Google and see if they have negative reviews. I would be careful about using anything you didn't order also.
Always follow the chain of command. Reach out to the leasing office first. If no resolution, contact corporate. Keep track of names of persons you talk to and what was communicated to you. (If in the event you have to file a BBB complaint you will need these details.) If after you've spoken to corporate you still haven't received your deposit back, open a complaint case with the BBB. They will further instruct you.
Contact the BBB in the region that their corporate office is located. They will instruct you from there. You can also file a complaint online at bbb.org.
Once you file a complaint online. It usually takes them 24 hours to reply back. BBB has always treated me fairly when I submit complaints. I dealt with this office 2 months ago and was very pleased with the results.

You can also check if the house comes with any warranties – and check the terms in that warranty, there may be recourse for this situation. Additionally, you can check the report for the inspection service – if it doesn’t mention roofing issues, you can file a complaint against them as well. If complaints don’t work, we would suggest bringing the roofer to small claims court. We can help you determine which court, once we have the address. Those are really great questions. Although we don't give legal advice, we do have a few insights. We would suggest reading your contract, to see if there are any hidden terms that you might not have anticipated that allow for these extra charges. If you aren't able to come to an agreement with the apartment complex directly, and if the contract is silent, you may want to consider doing two things: (1) you can contact BBB to file a complaint, or (2) you can seek legal assistance to know your rights. I would also suggest contacting the Housing and Development office and the local tenants association where you live. They may be able to provide more useful suggestions.

We would advise you to be very careful if the dealership has asked you to sign paperwork or contracts that are different from what you originally agreed to.
