Always follow the chain of command. Reach out to the leasing office first. If no resolution, contact corporate. Keep track of names of persons you talk to and what was communicated to you. (If in the event you have to file a BBB complaint you will need these details.) If after you've spoken to corporate you still haven't received your deposit back, open a complaint case with the BBB. They will further instruct you.
