Once you file a complaint online. It usually takes them 24 hours to reply back. BBB has always treated me fairly when I submit complaints. I dealt with this office 2 months ago and was very pleased with the results.
I honestly don't know. I know my complaint has not been responded to you yet by the company who screwed me. I did all my work online to file the complaint and that part was very easy. I'm sitting back now and waiting for a response from the other party
