What can be done when your foundation company that you have a lifetime warranty with goes out of Business?? Do you think there is any tiny possibility that another company took over their warranties? I know this is probably a worthless question!

You will have to ask around and see if they were bought out by another company. If they were then there is a chance, see if the business that took over will honor the lifetime warranty. Also check to see if there is a manufacture involved. If so the manufacture should honor the warranty. Good luck in your research.

I'm not sure. Contact the BBB.

If another company bought out the primary, or a parent company bought the company there's a small possibility you'd be able to recover said warranty so long as you have proof that it was a life time warranty. I say this because most of those cases are handled for the most part by insurance companies, and they're still enforceable even if the company goes out of business.
