You may want to start by entering your name on the do not call registry: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0133-cell-phones-and-do-not-call-registry These may also be scam calls, as it is possible that fraudsters have obtained your number. You can report the number to your phone company and ask that they block and investigate the number as well. Thanks!
If you know for sure you don't owe back on any loan, I would look into who is calling you (google reverse number look up) it's very possible to be a scam. If the company checks out with the phone number then I would look into possible identity theft (although I doubt its that serious, its probably just a scam) Keep note of how often they call and leave voicemails, because past a certain point can be considered harrassment. I've gotten tons of the calls before and they are 90 percent scams, so I wouldnt worry too much. Good luck!
