I have a 2015 Dodge Dart GT. It has been sitting at the dealership since 04/10/18 and needs a new engine. The engine is under warranty and has been ordered the first time on 04/13/18. Chrysler Fiat has yet to send the engine & Customer Service is bad

Get ahold of the Better Business Bureau where you live and file a complaint and then they'll get to it Better Business Bureau is for people that have problems with cars and businesses that do not do what they say find a phone line or get the number from Google good luck
