I move recently to the area, and when I was looking for a place to rent I found “Brandon Oak apartments” online. I immediately applied with them and in less than 24 hours I was contacted by Yiret, from the office, who guided me from the beginning until my application was approved. I recommend Yiret to everyone and I recommend this place to live! Very quiet, very clean, renovated areas and renovated apartments, clean pools and the service of the office and maintenance staff is excellent. I recommend Brandon Oak Apartments 100%

The new management team is really getting things done. Tanira and Iyana are very welcoming and willing to help with any concerns. The new maintenance team Rene and Marcus finished all my work orders to the tea. They are really turning around this property. Definitely will be renewing my lease when it’s up.

Whatever positive reviews you read here fabricated , or someone from the management team wrote them. This place is horrible. They have thee audacity to say these are luxury apartments, when everything is outdated! The carpets , windowsills and AC units have mold, and you can NEVER get in contact with the office. It took AN ENTIRE MONTH for my work order to be filled . A MONTH to live in unlivable conditions , no explanation, no follow up , absolutely nothing . Then they are hiking up the rent by $700, which is unfathomable! A bunch of crooks I tell ya ! Do not rent here ! This is the bottom of the barrel of apartments , save your money, and time and go somewhere else .

I’ve lived in Brandon Oaks Apartments since December 2017. Management intentionally placed me into a unit with direct access to the playground (where other parents are located); thankfully my neighbors are excellent. And tho I’ve always been satisfied, when New Management recently took over, my expectations were exceeded to such a degree that I found it necessary to exclaim, once again, that Brandon Oaks is by far the prettiest grounds to live upon; has the nicest neighbors to be found and; retains a Management group that is bar none
