I haven’t moved in yet, however Anaixa has been a tremendous help! If you’re looking for professionalism with quick responses she is the one to go to. I’m leaving a three star for the time being due to the delay of my move in because my file was being worked on last minute. Anaixa took over my file and showed me my apartment even though she had her own personal errands to do, I truly appreciate her assistance!

The bad reviews are true. I’m counting the days till my lease is up. Never In the 2 years that I lived here did the office answer their phone. Not kidding. You pay for pest control and an exterminator may or may not show up only once a week at that. Better off investing in your own pest control (you’ll need it apartments are old and full of spiders/ants etc). Save yourself the stress. Don’t move here.

If you are looking for a place to live I would highly recommend Lakeside. I lived there for 1 year with my husband. And My entire pregnancy until my son was born. Never had any issues at all. It was awesome to have the pool and lake. The side walks. The computer and tv room. The barbecuer. Really good neighbors. I really miss this place. Didn’t realize I was so happy there until we moved. Thank you for that good time!

I've stayed here for two years. Overall, beautiful scenery and very safe (Sheriff has strong presence and the Brandon Hospital being so close provides a secure electrical grid), but the newly renovated apartments are just a shell. Personally, I've had multiple issues with my AC unit. It failed more then 10 times (I've lost count) leaving me to deal with the FL heat at night with portable AC units that were at times ineffective. 1 month before I'm leaving they replace many of the faulty parts. Also, the water was low, but never had any issues with the hot waye My neighbor right beside me had their apartment flood and the neighbor behind me issues with bugs. Management is constantly changing and there's no continuity, but overall they were responsive. Maintenance crew was responsive and nice. Good location. Close to the highway and all the things you'll need.
