We’ve been members since October 2020, and have never regretted our decision. All our neighbors are super friendly, everyone looks out for everyone. Our lot had been neglected by the previous owner and we’ve had so much fun getting it fixed up to be just the way we want it. Short walk through the dunes to the ocean. The Board/Management has changed and since we have nothing to compare it to, we have zero complaints. People are working hard to keep the Club up to its high standards!

Drove out onto the Beach in the Sand and parked wherever we wanted, but I have 4 wheel drive truck. Many Hotels/Motels, eateries, gift shops and rental places for Bikes, Boats & Sand Surfing boats on wheels! Lots of things to do and see, but you can't do it all in one day. We took our dog on a leash while cruising the beach.

Yes u have to be a member there but u can get in if u know someone who is a member they have guests sites there
If you are asking about me, no. My grandparents are the ones who own their lot and we never use the washing machine or dryer at the park.
We haven't had any flooding recently. The water was turned off for about an hour yesterday since a water pipe broke and maintenance was fixing it. OSORC Office
