Beware of this place. It is not safe to live here I was robbed at gunpoint here and the staff cares nothing about it’s tenants.All they care about is taking your money and leaving you under any living conditions. AC always breaking down, pest control issues, nonworking smoke detectors, on top of an office manager who suggests putting cardboard over broken windows on the first floor to a nine year old girls rooms the best she can do. And tells me to wait 45 to 60 days for a new glass. Was robbed at gunpoint here. Right in front of my door. Staff didn’t even ask for a police report when notified. This place is not safe and you will not have a staff that cares. Trust me and do not rent here.

This place will steal your money. No matter how much you detail the apartment when you leave make it spotless... They refuse to give you your full intended deposit. Tell me you're having to replace my carpet and keep my deposit although you charged me a pet deposit to move in shouldn't that clear my carpet seeing as how my cat only damaged my doorway.

PROPERTY MANAGER NOT ONLY IS SHE RUDE SHE CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH- it’s hard to even communicate with her , she loves to sit her big self in front of the cámaras to rewind and give you a fine about anything, not to mention her hair extension are always showing but that’s besides the point ! She needs to worry about maintenance orders instead of looking on cámaras to fine people or their children …been here 3 years moving out because I’m so tired of her

I have lived in this complex since 10/15. I haven't had any issues with the apt itself other than the the maintenance staff not doing there job completely. Although after some changes made I have seen some improvement with how the work order is handle.The pool needs to get clean more often that what is does. The hallway definitely needs to get pressure wash, since I been here it only has been clean twice the most. The apt is spacious but my family has grew and is time to upgrade to better and bigger things 😁..

It depends entirely upon how many people will be living in the apartment versus how many of you are submitting their income. The only way to know if you qualify is to go in and sit down in the office with the office manager.
