I been living here for 3 yrs. Getting better now, but Im have been with air conditioning, not working, I m paying more electricity, cuz they don’t come on time to do the job. So I don’t recommend this place to live.

Have had ac issues for close to 2 months. Excuse after excuse for why they won’t fix it even though we have had many maintence guys come out to look at it. One portable unit for one bedroom when promised two. Rest of the apartment is 90 degrees no matter how many times we show proof of our thermostat they have an excuse on them having to do something else to fix it. I hate having to sweat after going outside in Florida summer to coming back into my apartment which is the same heat.

When I arrived at my apartment after signing the lease contract, it was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere including the kitchen, closets, walls, and ceiling. The management called pest control and requested me to stay out for two days, but when I came back after two days, I had to deal with roaches all night as if nothing even happened. Management however was really kind to me when I complained to them about the pest problem. Cheryl, the assistant manager, was helpful and worked to have my lease agreement terminated.

Margaret at the leasing office was amazing! She was very informative about the apartment complex when inquiring about a move during the summer. Margaret gave me all of the rent prices, fees, and deposits I needed to know so there would be no surprises. This is a beautiful property with a professional staff.

It depends on credit for deposits. Rent varies by units available. And the pet deposit is 200 per pet if I remember correctly, and then 20 per month per pet, max 2 pets.
