I had my car first serviced at the Big Bend Firestone and they kept my car weeks without fixing it and billed my for parts not needing to be replaced. Tommy, Greg, and Carlo at the Brandon Firestone are Amazing! My car was totally fixed in less then a day. They were honest, which was something I didn't get at the other Firestone. I'am not happy with the maintenance guy's that work here.They never called me to tell me what was wrong with car. I had to call them after five hours of having my car. I don't know why No one called me back. The Best Firestone in Tampa FL is on Florida and Busch Raphael need a pay increase.
