Not a good experience at all...ended up driving an hour and a half to pick up our package that was suppose to be delivered 3 weeks prior...what a joke...

Can be very efficient and quick, if you need to pick up a piece of freight yourself, and fully have the proper ability to transport it safely. Otherwise, and it may be better to have them deliver it if possible. "Freight" can prove very large and heavy. Be sure your vehicle can handle it. They rapidly placed mine by forklift into my pickup truck equipped with correct racheting heavy duty straps which I brought along. It would have been an extra week's time to have the item delivered to me. It was quick and easy for me.

Once my shipment arrived from Texas on Tuesday I received a call from UPS Freight (Rialto) informing I had to schedule for delivery on Thursday because that’s when they are in my area (Riverside). I was given a time frame of 10a-2p. 2p comes around and no delivery. I called to get status and dispatch informs me they loaded my package at the nose of the truck so the driver is not able to get to my package until he drops off a few more packages. The fact that I had to call to find this out is annoying. Courtesy calls go a long way UPS. My package wasn’t delivered until 2:45 and the sad part is that the Rialto location delivering to me is only 25 minutes away from my delivery location. I gave two stars because the customer service was good while I was trying to figure out where my package was and the driver was courteous.
