Awful place. I went there a couple of years ago and I liked the service. I just went again a couple of weeks ago to get tires replaced. 2 days later, one of the tires was leaking air. I took it to another shop, where they removed the tire, and it already had a HUGE patch on it and not only that, it looked that they scratched down the tire more than needed for the patch and it was already wearing off. This is very wrong. Not only that, they put different kinds of tires on my car, not matching ones. Do not go there.

Came in today with my mom to have our car checked due to the check engine light on, advised them that the car was shaking really bad and wanting to shutoff. They did the diagnosis on the car and let us know that the battery was bad and not good. We paid $40 dollars and left. After we went to go get the battery checked or replaced if needed at Orileys auto parts. They checked the battery, said it was charged and a good battery. Took the car back to Sonoras advised them of what happened and what Orileys had said. Asked them if they could check it again and see if there was any other code that came up. They wouldnt re-check the check engine code saying that it would only have the same code that originally came on for the battery. Asked if a mechanic could check the car because it was shaking really bad, they said they dont do that there that we would have to take it some where else.

Just left very disappointed. I bought 4 used tires and they turned out to be worse than the ones I had on. I didn’t feel the need to check them prior to installation since I’ve been a customer for a while and trusted they wouldn’t screw me over; went back and talked to them but only to tell me that is the risk I take buying used tires and that I should’ve gotten new tires. Very unhappy with the product. Never coming back here.

Have been coming here for years and I send everyone I know to this place to get tires patched, replaced, balanced, and even alignments. Have not had one bad experience. Their prices and customer service has always been top notch. First come, first serve, make sure that the attendants are aware that you are waiting for service. There's a reason Sonora is always busy, that's because they are the best. They have mounted and patched my wife's tiny Toyota Prius tires, family member's tires, mounted tires, and have mounted my truck tires and aligned the truck perfectly (Thanks a ton to Gustavo who is a freaking professional at alignments). They do good work, stop by and see them, you won't regret it! Also, BBQ for customers is coming soon!!!
