I scheduled for an appointment for a Saturday 11am. Got confirmation that appointment was set. Showed up 15 min early today, left at 11:15am. Gates never opened, phone number provided goes straight to voicemail which is full. I never received a call nor email stating they would be closed, or appointment is cancelled. I drove in from the San Gabriel valley to Hollywood. Very unprofessional.

Friendly staff, quick processing, in n out, that's what our hamburgers are all about. All jokes aside, this is a very good clinic. Some places will charge you ridiculous amounts for a one year recommendation, not here. They also have deals on top of their already fair prices, so I recommend you take advantage of this and get your recommendation at this spot. I've been with this company for a couple years now, and have not had any problems so far.

Incredibly quick process, priced very well, no pressure to spend extra, and amicable doctor. It only took 15 mins to get my renewal. The price was explained clearly, no hidden charges. The doctor was very nice and friendly. Can't recommend enough!

Unfortunately you need a California ID in order to get a recommendation. But you can always go to a regular 21 and over dispensary. But I do have to warn you they charge 35% on top of whatever the price is.

The cost for new patient is $40, renewal $30, ID card and pocket size recommendation is extra $20. Online prices are $55 for new and $45 for renewal, which include: PDF rec ready to use right away, original rec, pocket size rec and ID card send by USPS.
