I’ve been living in my apartment for 9 years! The current owners/ property managers and staff that are here now are absolutely amazing. Many changes are being made for the better and I absolutely love the ideas that they have. They are very helpful from my experience any time I’ve gone t the office. I absolutely love Kim she is my absolute favorite, she assisted with renewing my lease. I love how kim is so clam when assisting. But I also adore Ashely, Brent is my favorite property manager EVER and who we need in this complex, sissy, Mary, and sherlie are also very nice and caring and also very assisting when it comes to needing requests for anything. Currently These are my favorites at the office.

I had a very great yet disappointing experience. Unfortunately my application was not approved but Shirley was so super nice and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were also lovely as well. I called them a lot! Lol. It’s sucks that I couldn’t move in but from start to finish it was great experience. If things don’t work out at my new place, I’ll be back! Lol

1 is too high of a rating. Really? We cannot leave 0 stars? This place is garbage. Took 16 trouble tickets to get my AC unit fixed. Apparently they shut down doing repairs when someone's wife is pregnant. I turned in a notice greater than 60 days to vacate per the lease request and they still charged the early termination fee. They send you a letter stating please respond within so many days and when you send in a certified letter they disregard it and send you to collections anyway. The last lease renewal they decided it was a good idea to charge me the renewal rate and the month to month rate so it showed I owed 2 months rent for that month. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby to talk to someone to have it corrected. Unless you are borderline homeless, never live here. Painting the buildings a different color does not make this place any less trash. New people moving in have no idea what they are in for. Upgrading the clubhouse is the only thing they upgraded. Having a pretty clubhouse does nothing for the tenants that live in that pathetic excuse of a neighborhood. And if you work for Brandon Reserve, or did the name change for the 5th time? do NOT respond to my post and say I am sorry you feel that way. You do not care at all so save your time. I will continue leaving bad reviews on several different forums multiple times.

Lived here from 2014 to 2019 then I made the mistake of moving back in 2020 and it was awful. Cockroaches everywhere told the office numbe of times nothing happend. Was paying something like $70 a month for this company to take our trash Sunday through Thursday maybe picked up one day if lucky. Oven and dryer were not working for 5 months was told they only had 2 maintenance workers but had like 10 guys riding around in gulf carts to keep the place clean but that never happened. My advice would just live out of your car befor moving here.
