Top car wash in Redmond, they give you a good scrub before you enter the wash and have towels to borrow to dry your car off when out. Vacuums are free and their car accessory vending machines are always well stocked. The business is very well maintained!

Have been here 3 days in the last week before 5 when they are supposed to close. One day was 4:30 and they were closed and it wasn't bad weather. Today was 4:50 doors were open someone had just exited nd the girl came out very rude and told us she was closing early because they've been slow and sent us on our way. Will not use them again.

They do a great job with the prewash, and the building design makes it easy to get larger vehicles in.

Terrible experience this week. I had a gift certificate card with 2 deluxe washes left on it. I pulled in handed the attendant the card plus $10 and told him I wanted to upgrade to the supreme ($ difference $3). I got lined up and was starting down the tunnel when he approached with my change. Water was starting to spray onto my car so I rolled the window down just a little and he shoved it into my hand. I quickly rolled up the window and started down the tunnel. I saw that I had gotten $1 back - no card with remaining car wash, no $7 change. I was going to go back when the wash was over to get that sorted out when I had a frightening experience I've NEVER had in a tunnel wash - right at the end, the chain reversed and pulled my car ~ 10 feet BACKWARDS into the tunnel. I was terrified I'd slam into another car and had no idea what to do. Fortunately then the chain reversed again and I exited the tunnel. Since I NEVER intend to go back, the missing change/coupon was moot. After many years and many washes, I'm going to find someplace else for my car washes.
