Good luck. They won't answer the phone, return your voicemails or respond to emails. Best bet is to just go into the office.
I agree!! Don't respond to emergency maintenance calls, respond to emails, don't pick up the trash outside, & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! VERY.....
Run! You won't get a call back, but you don't want one. Don't waste your time or safety.
They don't answer their phones or messages (they barely respond to their email) ever and then claim it's because they are very busy. I get being short-staffed, but the lack of communication is beyond ludicrous and you don't even have their full attention when you do talk to them. I love the apartment I am in. However, the experience with the management team has been very disheartining so far and I have only been here a week. I had such a great experience with my last landlord (my girl Sue Xu was the absolute best) and it's so disappointing that these people are the complete opposite of that. Also as a future note to the people who post apartment listings online, please do not advertise that the apartment comes with a washer and dryer if you do not plan to supply them (my apartment has a washer and dryer hookup, but no actual washer and dryer). It's very misleading.
Their heads are like their apartments infested with either mold or roaches or both in some cases
I'm fed up with them. Reported then wherever I can. BBB, code enforcement. I encourage everyone else to do it as well if they haven't already. This is Hell and the staff are the devil's little incompetent soldiers.
Unfortunately, you have to go in person for anything you need.
