The reason for giving the 2 rating was just proven I have been waiting 2 months for someone to contact me via email, the resident site, or phone with no response. Yet I get a response in less than a day from a review on Google. That is not acceptable and

Same here. Email and called but no reply. Leave feedback and they reply right away. But they didn't even reply to what was said, just to email them after I wrote I had email them 😡
