Leasing Office staff is unprofessional. I went to apply for residency, upon arriving no one greeted us. One staff member was texting on her phone and the other two were sitting at the desk having a conversation with each other. After grabbing their attention I asked for an application and was told to sit outside the office and wait for her to print an application. While sitting someone else in laundry room began coughing loud and hard. The unmasked staff member proceed to close the door right in front of us. After 10-15 mins she emerged out of the office to hand us a application as she was exiting out the office building. Without providing me a chance to ask questions or gather information about the application process. After she walked us out, we stopped her to ask a question which let us know we did not meet some of the qualifications. Just a heads up, to let people know if you considering applying to this complex. You’re going to need to be proactive the staff will not make any attempts to help.

Was a decent place until 2014 when they started moving drug addicts and dealers in and also child molesters and other felons which are no supposed to be in govnment assisted housing but the drug infested dealers and addict renters are let by with having whoever they want stay in there apartment and let by with not adding them to the lease.Atleast 5 apartments are full of that type of people.I dont recomend applying for housing here and when I move I wont recomend it either and recomend it less.

Go to the office in person when manager is there.We are under new owners which seem to be actully doing something about somethings that the last owners did nothing about.Manager is not always in the office right now tho but thats changing.Go between 9am and 4pm monday thru friday and hopefully you can apply.Good luck
Yes they are subsidized by section 8 if u don't have it they will apply for you however they have a wait list

We half way have a manager but there not here all the time due to the office manager quit and distrect manager and regenal manager are in and out. I live at this complex and dont recomin anyone trying to get on the wait list which is 3years long.Wait another 6months and then try due to some changes are happening in the complex soon and that probably when apartments will come open

Yes my mother lives there on disability. They go according to ur income. You need to have no prior evictions n no criminal record. Plus there's a wait list i believe three yrs long however its best to get on the list because ppl deop off fast. Hope that helps.
