I have been living here for 9 months and I really like it! Today I just renewed my contract for another year, I stayed because I have witnessed all the positive changes that have taken place since the new manager Alexandria Brock came into the office, the common areas and dumpster area are kept clean . My maintenance issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. It's nice living here, it's quiet and lots of green areas to walk around, the office staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are very helpful, A+ to all of them. Keep working hard, the changes are noticeable!!! I recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a nice and affordable place to live.

The trash looks like this 24/7 and they care only about getting the rent money every month that’s it!!! The maintenance men do not come out to help with anything!!! And the office staff is RUDE. Do NOT waste your time Sense I can’t respond to the apartments comment- you’re right. I’m not a resident. But my Sister in law is. And Princeton Lakes drive is a road that is 100% on your property. And you know it. This is the correct business and it’s disgusting. Thank ya

My whole living room area flooded from rain. emergency line does not work nobody comes to the rescue you are on your own when it rains on the first floor it floods and if floods under the carpet in the bedroom so I'm sure mold has set up and on top of that the fire alarm to do not work in here at all how dangerous is that this Blue Rock management is pretty bad you think they would give me some sand bags or something to help me out Part 2 my air condition unit leaks a lot of water and floods out my bathroom all they do is come and sucked Shop-Vac the water up and never fix the issue do not i repeat do not move hear if you rely on maintenance to fix your problems

If you’re considering this complex to move into, don’t waste your time looking at this one. The porch floods anytime it rains, and I haven’t had any central AC in over a week. They keep giving me the run around about sending someone to come fix it, no one has come. The emergency maintenance line doesn’t ring at all and the voicemail box is always full. Overall bad experience, the worst place I’ve rented with and I can’t wait until the lease is over.

Just called fpr 2 bed and the 2/1 is 1344 and 2/2 is 14 something
DO NOT MOVE HERE, PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND RATS, AND IT TAKES MONTHS UP TO A YEAR FOR THEM TO FIX ANY ISSUES IN YOUR UNIT.
