I’ve had the best experience working with Deana Frederick! She is very nice and helpful. She replies back timely. The first day I met her she was so nice and pleasant and very knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure dealing with nice, friendly staff! Since Deana has been gone it’s been downhill! You can’t hardly get anyone on the phone and no one knows anything. They also ask for your number and promise to return your call and never do! I don’t understand how you supposed to rent a place if you never answer the phone! Very unprofessional!

I must say that when I first moved in about a month ago I was very dissatisfied with the old property manager due to the fact that when I moved into my unit I had so many problems, from the dishwasher being nasty, rusted and needing to be replaced to toilet problems, stove problems etc. I must say that the NEW PROPERTY MANAGER DEANNA FREDERICK has been taken care of business. She was able to get me a new dishwasher and I am very satisfied. she is very sweet and anytime there is a problem she hops right on it.💯 The office staff is also sweet. Maintenance will also come out at a timely manner to get the job done. THAT'S A PLUS. Every time I have had an issue they have fixed it within no time. This property might have been nasty when the old property manager was around but now that this property has a new manager she is running things smoothly and is getting everything done at a timely manner. The concrete steps broke because somebody caved it in and maintenance came out little than no time to take care of the problem. I don't know how they was able to do it, but the steps was fixed within a couple of hours of me calling. 💯 I can tell DEANNA FREDERICK is about business. She cares about the needs of the residents, that is a PLUS in my book. It looks as if they are doing some renovations to the property outside that's also a plus. I like it here as the new property manager makes you feel right at home. 💯😍
