This is the most pathetic excuse for an apartment I have ever lived it. This place has absolutely helped me make up my mind to never live in an apartment again. There is no available parking for residence the maintenance people work on their own schedule with no sense of urgency. There is no AC in one of the rooms and don’t get me started on the people working in the front office. If you rent at this place look forward to possibly having the worst living experience of your life. Don’t make the mistake of renting here!!

I lived at these apartments for about 3 years and I must say the apartments and the property is amazing. My apartment was very spacious and very nice. There were some minor issues upon move in that never got taken care of but because everything was noted on the move in paperwork I was not charged anything when I moved out. The Maintenance staff was always very helpful and accommodating. My main complaint about this property was that I unfortunately lived near neighbors that did not like kids playing outside during the day. I received a noise complaint for this and that made me make my choice to end my lease. I lived in one of the dead end corners and during covid we tried to stay away from parks and such so we found that little dead end our oasis, but because of the neighbors complaints that changed. Personally I think that the office staff should have reminded the other residents that kids will play outside during the day. I would've been more understanding if it was at night (which many other residents did and apparently nothing was ever said to any of them) but during the day doesn't even make sense. I mean if people live facing the pools, tennis court, or park they had to live with the noise. Thats apartment living for you. I don't think handing out noise complaints for kids playing outside during the day was appropriate at all. All in all it's not a bad place to live especially if you live near nice neighbors, which really most of my neighbors were pretty awesome.

My experience with the Asprey team has been nothing short of exceptional. There were some small things I found when I first moved in that required replacement, but Frank from maintenance was quick to come out, and he was super friendly the entire time. The community supplied us with new fans in nearly every room, replaced some lightbulbs around the community that were out within the same week we brought it to their attention (there are still a few out, but they’re working on it which is reassuring). Athena and Ina were so friendly and communicative during our application process, and Dan who initially showed the floor plans to us was also a delight. I’m One month in to my 13 month lease, and I’m honestly feeling right at home and in good hands! Thank you for the great move-in experience to everyone on the Asprey team!

This is a horrible place to live! I signed a lease for 13 months. The gates never worked. My building was infested with roaches. I had to bomb my unit myself. Once a week to keep them out. The staff never cared about the roaches or did my walk through when my lease was up. They never gave me back my deposit and I left the place spotless. Never will I stay at the property again.

No they don't but when I wasn't working my rent was being paid by Our Florida and they accepted that.

Depends markets change all the time it's a national thing not a local thing. Best to check 1 bd. I belive when I checks were from 1k-1.3k depending floor plan plus floor lvl and location on property.
