Very very rude place they talked down to you they treat you like you’re a drug attic never did drugs in my life I call they put you on hold and I hang up on you and then they won’t answer the phone when you’re calling back and it’s a very important situation

Very rude and inexperienced staff. A lot of turnover with personnel. Constant billing errors and office personnel will not call insurance carrier to clarify co-payments or explanation of benefits. Do your research and go to a real professional group.

They called and reschedule maybe phone number was wrong or missed call I received a call after 2 missed and called back and i rescheduled.

Yes, but only after being proven as having legitimate pain after extensive testing. This is not a pill mill. All scripts are filled at a pharmacy which is now regulated by the state. The state of Connecticut now tracks all opioid scripts each person takes from a central database to prevent getting medication from different sources.
