My family took a tour there and it was beautifully remodeled, lots of security updates, and got a QUIET/SAFE feeling about raising our family there. The management was very professional, extremely prompt, and helpful. I see lots of reviews about towing and garbage compactor issues, but hopefully they’re from the past as it’s been fully redone…it CLEARLY states that you risk being towed unless you pay the parking fee from the beginning (which is reasonable as it deters unwanted overcrowding and reserves your spot & done in apartments all over the area) VERY VERY much looking forward to calling this complex our home, as long as the availability is there!

I've been living here for over 7 years and the staff that's in the leasing office now., Daniel, Naresh and Mercedes. Have been nothing but Amazing!. Before they came I couldn't get anything done just permissions to fix things they never got done. I'm so proud to say they fixed the issues I had with squirrels being in the attic, they patched the hole in patio to keep the squirrels out. They had my carpet cleaned and several other things. they cannot be the blame for the issues that residence had before they came but I just believe if their given enough time they will get things together. They even had the breezeway and the walkway pressure washed and it looks great they are amazing. And now that they are here I would be more than happy to give referrals to live here.

If I could only have one or two wishes right now, it would be to go back to my apartment at Lakewood Place Apartments. It was so quiet there and I never had any issues. The only negative thing I have to say is. PLEASE GET ANOTHER TRASH COMPACTOR because that one you all have ain’t cutting it. The apartment are nice and clean, they have the bomb office staff shot out to Mercedes and Naresh oh I can’t forget Ms. V Williams. These folks here know how to listen and talk with you NOT at you or down talk you. And that right there made it so easy to live there. The only reason why I left is because rent was going up so much, not there fault at all. They actually tried to help me stay there. Below is a picture I took on my way to work in the morning. I miss it and I miss them!!

My family and I lived here for 2 years and I just have to say that Naresh in the front office is AMAZING! Always so kind and helpful, willing to answer any and all questions we have and very professional! Also, I must say the monthly food truck visits he brings in are so fun and always great food! We love it here!
