RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE into this complex!!!! Dirty breezeways/hallways, will not clean your carpet-no matter how long you are a resident, cheap blinds that tear up ( and you get charged for them). Also, if you have money to give away, please note, no matter how clean your apartment is after move out, you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I was a resident for four years and never once paid rent late. When I moved from this downtrodden community, I got less than $100 dollars back from the $600 I paid for my deposit. I was charged for small things like the blinds that needed to be replaced and the complex also double charged me for the water bill, which was paid with the rent. Upon reviewing my statement, I noticed that it was deducted from my deposit. Another issue is the median that was recently put directly in front of the apartment entrance (most inconsiderate) making it difficult for residents to enter the community. You will have a new neighbor each month due to them not vetting potential residents well and putting anyone in the place. Two families that moved in across from me constantly had domestic issues; I have seen eviction notices in abundance in this community. Not a good place to live unless you are desperate.

I have been living here for over 5 years and I have had the best experience. The office staff is amazing and my kids all love it here. The location is amazing literally close to everything!

Since we've been here, I can say that the staff is awesome! Maintenance gets the job done in a timely manner. The only negative thing I can say so far, is the tenants (at least in our building) are very noisy, and alot of people smoke weed.
