I have been without AC since 5/9/2022….. I feel like I’m being brushed off because I’m only being told “we are waiting for corporate “…….. waiting for CORPORATE TO DO WHAT, come down and install it themselves. I have only lived here 4 months, and I have had 1 prob after another. The temperature is hitting 90 degrees everyday and they don’t seem to care that I am sitting in a furnace…….. I am reaching out to the landlord tenant association to see what can be done. Here we are coming up on another weekend and still nothing is being done. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED AND THEY OBVIOUSLY DON’T CARE…… oh btw , they did give me a portable AC unit….. but only cools the room it’s sitting……so we are confined to 1 room of a 3bdroom apt.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I wish I could give 0 stars

The unprofessionalism is running rampant in regards to the managerial staff. You would think tenants are being paid to stay there instead of the other way around. Management doesn’t show decency or respect whenever communicating with tenants. Nick Vancleave has an especially nasty way of dealing with people. Amongst the lackluster office staffing, there are potholes all over the complex in addition to extremely long response times to maintenance requests. Do not move in here unless you’re comfortable with being made uncomfortable.
