Living in Riverside Villas has been great. Maintenance issues in the past have been addressed in a timely manner. Amber and Josh were also great and addressed all our concerns. The complex is safe as well. Definitely recommend!

The apartment itself is nice for the price but I would pay more for another apartment if I wasn’t saving up to buy a house. Have had a few issues listed below but you get what you pay for… or not (like the pool) - one Saturday my girlfriend was cleaning out fridge and it had a broken bulb in it that we couldn’t see and it sliced her finger to the bone and we had to make a trip to the emergency room. Called and left a message at the office since no one ever answers anything on the weekend. Never got a call back until 2 weeks later telling me I needed to renew my lease or they would have to cancel our lease and give our apartment away. (This is 2 and a half months before our lease expires) - get charged a dollar a day for a trash service that never takes our trash from the third floor. It has sat out for over a week and one has taken it on multiple occasions. Biggest scam in renting an apartment. - pool is closed weekly for cleaning and now is closed until further notice due to “pool equipment damage.” Kids run around unsupervised at the pool for hours and torment other residents and their guests. No reimbursement has been offered for non available amenities to responsible residents, instead they send out a mass email to every resident threatening to close the pool for the summer if these kids don’t stop. (Cause that’s the easy thing to do, close the pool and deny access to 95 percent of residents that are responsible, and keep charging everyone full price. Less work and more money for them to pocket) Other than the issues above, it’s a nice apartment with wonderful maintenance guys that’s the only reason they aren’t getting one star.

Riverside Villa Apartments are a good place to live. The office staff is friendly and polite (the previous management not so much). They do things as a special touch for the residents, such as a gift wrapping station at Christmas and a bouquet arranging station for Mothers’ Day. Very nice indeed. I took off one star (and would probably take off 2 if I had kids) because they have rules here that I don’t really understand. Ex: you can’t put your bikes on the patio/balcony because we “like to keep things clean”. I think bikes on the balcony make the place seem more like home. Maybe it’s just me, but where are you supposed to put bikes? Also, the pool is locked up more than it’s open. No, explanation…just paddocks. If you go by the rumor mill, it’s sometimes out of their control. Who knows? But, back to the point…. The gift wrap/bouquet stations are great! I like living here. 😀

Current resident. I am very private so I really don’t know much about anything that goes on. But I can tell you this. Apartment is safe, clean, and there’s always someone to address your issues if you have any. Overall, great place to stay be it temporarily or permanently. Come check it out.
