Went here five times while in town for a conference. Employees were great. Often circulated the dining area to refill beverages. Only mixup I experienced was getting a chicken burrito instead of sausage. Security guard kept the urban outdoorsmen outside.

Security is rude. Talks to people like trash. Manager was also hostile and Not professional. They charged me twice. I have to wait a whole 2 weeks before I get my money back. Smh . I eat their all the time. No more. :/

It’s busy always busy but that’s not a bad thing because they work so efficiently to get you food prepared

I love Chick-fil-A, but this has to be one or the worst locations ever. I totally understand that because of their location the staff have to be a little more stern but that should have been my first sign to leave. The cashier was very dry and looked like she didn’t want to be there. I’ve worked customer service so I know how that feels but you still have to do your best to attend the clients. I bushed this off because I’ve had bad days too! But what got me was that once my food was ready it was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted, the bread was ice cold, and I had a small piece of chicken. I didn’t care so much about the size but just the fact that everything was cold made me feel like this sandwich was sitting out or they took it out from the fridge. I made sure it wasn’t just me inspected the sandwich and took off the pickles because I forgot to request it without them, (I personally don’t like pickles), and left them on top of the bun. I went up to one of the guys and let them know my sandwich was cold and I would like another. He took it and showed his coworker and they gave it back into the kitchen and then they dropped it off into their “ready order thingy” and they handed me a “new” sandwich. I opened it up and I was like hmm this looks familiar and to make sure it was a new one I looked for pickles and not one in sight. I’m not stupid, obviously they handed me the same one. I asked for a refund and left. Please do yourself a favor and if you know the vibes are off, run!

Yes indeed. Metro trains are running already as well so no need to look for parking
Absolutely! Better if you mix it with their fries!!! 🔥🔥🔥
No Parking. Take the train, bus, Dash or walk.
According to their Facebook page, grand opening is on Thursday, April 26, 2018.
No
Street parking. Also, there are pay per hour parking garages nearby. 7th and Fig has a bit of parking.
No but they partner with DoorDash. Also, PostMates independently sends people to order & deliver.
Maybe go by and ask? Even if they aren't, fill out an app and hand it to the manager.
No
No.
Because Chick-fil-a is awesome no matter where it's located. :)
