I placed an order with several items, got home and found that they didn’t give me two cheeseburgers I had ordered and paid for. I kept trying to call the number on the receipt but they did not answer. So when I was back in that area (I stay in Glendale) I went and spoke to the manager (Claudia Sandoval) and explained to her what happened. She said she would have to look into it and get back to me. After a couple of days of not hearing from her I went back. And she told me that she couldn’t find records of the transaction and there’s nothing she could do. So I asked her for the number to corporate and she said there is no corporate and there’s no one above her I can speak too. And she wouldn’t even give me her name I had to get it from one of her employees. Then found the number to corporate on my own online and a report about the incident. Bottom line is she is a liar, rude to her customers, and a thief. I had to go through all this trouble over food I paid for but didn’t receive. I don’t even care about the food anymore, just wanted for them to acknowledge there mistake. She is not manger material.
