I am never going anywhere else but Quest from now on. I've been at this location twice and I am a delighted customer. After the horrible experience at LabCorp in that area, I asked my employer if they could send me to Quest instead. They are organized, fast, and kind to their patients. :)

There are few businesses I dislike more than Quest. Just know they no longer take walk-ins which isn't clear from their website. If you walk-in the login tablet will have you choose an appointment time. Just now there were three people in a lobby with at least 30 chairs and the first appointment time was two hours in the future. I would not have come in if I knew it was so busy and there would be three people in the lobby waiting for a two minute procedure.

Came here for a blood test. Clean facility. Organized. Just understaffed sadly. FYI, Quest doesn’t validate parking but there is street parking!

After having a bad experience at Labcorp my eyes have been opened. Quest is relatively better, though not amazing. Mondays and Fridays are more crowded with longer wait times. As long as you go during a slow period with an appointment it is ok. If you don't have an appointment and come during a busy time sometimes you have to wait in the hallway. The process for walk-ins could be better. I have had a couple of times when the phlebotomist couldn't find my vein but it isn't often. The big downside is no parking validation. They have signs plastered everywhere announcing it and it doesn't feel very welcoming to see that.

UPDATE: Quest no longer takes walk-ins! (March 2022) OLD: They are appointment only from 7am-9am every day they are open. Not sure if that is a new policy since COVID but discovered that today. Sure would be nice if they reflected that here! Hope this helps save someone else the trouble in the future.
I need to talk to a real person.
If you want to know about schedules, appointments, you can do it online. Phones can take a lot of time anywhere.
Yes
Call your Doctor and they will send it over electronically
I would ask your doctor. I've only ever done one time panels.
Yes just check the website I always went there on Saturday
I think they are open to only people who have an appointment.
I don't know about that test but you could walk in to that specific lab on Saturdays.
This location oppens 7am monday to saturday but closes 12pm on saturday. I don't know if they close for lunch.
