This company is a representation of the state its located in, complete trash. I was charged for brake lines I never recieved and never reimbursed for any of it. I will never order anything for them again and I hope this message keeps people from using these crooks.

I wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. Not sure if you want to call it a scam or hoax or or sham or racket or deceptive or just down right fraud..... As others here will say, I ordered the "in stock" $350 motorcycle seat for a gift. After a week I emailed to see why it had not shipped as the website said it would ship in 4 days. I received no answer. Then at two weeks I emailed again and called. I talked to a person that said he would send my information to the owner and I will hear back shortly. Two days later I called again only to be told that the item was supposed to arrive any day now... I asked why a "in stock" seat was not already in stock and he had no answer other than call back and check and see if it is in. That is when after some digging I saw all the reviews of people that had the same luck as me. I filed a claim with my credit card company and had my money back the same day. They must have had this before as it was a very fast resolution. I am not sure how these types of deceptive websites can stay up or how Google and other browsers continue to show there companies on searches but until this is fixed I hope this helps at least one person to not make the same mistake and wait for something that is not going to arrive. Now I know where they got the name... You have a PHAT chance of getting what you buy.....

Stay away from this fly-by-night company. Atrocious and dismal customer service and sales department. Purchased over $100 in parts, they charged my credit card and 14 days later, I still hadn't received my parts. Called the company twice after 8 days, because I still hadn't received an email informing me that the order had shipped. Was informed that they would check on what was going on with my order (twice) and I never received a return call. Finally called 14 days later, was passed of to an individual claiming to be the owner. The owner told me that he would get hold of the manufacturer and call me back the next morning. 24 hours later still no call. Had to call my credit card company and file a dispute. Highly recommend manufacturing your parts yourself or flying to India/China to get them because it will be faster with better customer service. STAY AWAY!! I wouldn't give this company 1/2 a star!!

Horrible company with bad customer service. I ordered parts totally $593.87, I tried 2 credit cards and both declined suspecting fraud. I tried a 3rd credit card and the order processed. Days later I noticed charges on all 3 credit cards, 2 days after I was successfully able to order the items. I’ve emailed and called the company owner/manager several times. He acknowledges the charges, and promises to refund my money. The refunds never show up, the company never submits the credits. I’ve had enough; I’m paying interest on these charges that I never authorized. I would avoid business with this company, they are dishonest. If you do purchase and your credit card declines, be aware that charges may show up days later and they will not refund the charges.
