Absolutely love staying here. This is our 3rd year vacationing and we try a different tiny house each visit. So far, none of them has disappointed us at all. We have been very happy in all three. Close to everything, but feels out of the way and beautiful area. Very relaxing.

Great place to stay for a weekend visit. The bedrooms are small but overall enjoyable. Many of the properties are owned and Resident occupied. Very friendly!

I read $ 500 a month for lot rent, includes water, sewer, garbage, recycling. A community garden. There is 100 Amp service for a fee. You would need to contact a local tiny builder for more on cost of house, and contact Acony Be for more

HI Angela, Sorry we don't build or sell homes. There are quite a few builders throughout the village ( over 30) . The best way to search for the builder you like is to visit a tiny home show. There are many across the US in the Fall. Thanks
