FedEx out of Mills River NC is a joke. They cant deliver a package on time to save themselves. They don't follow delivery instructions. I don't understand why FedEx corporate allows the contractor to be so lousy for so long as you ask anyone in Asheville if FedEx is a good delivery service and they just laugh at the thought.

I had only worked at this FedEx location for 1 day due to them believing I could handle a box truck and a route I wasn't familiar with after 1 day of training. I then come to realize they were paying me $7.25 an hour which was never discussed or even acknowledged by me otherwise I'd have never worked here, they say you can take a lunch but then it'll take longer for your delivery route so they'd rather you just eat snacks for 8 or 10 hours a day. Now the managers are ignoring my messages asking where my paycheck is and the terminal phone number is only for package related questions

Tracking says day after day the package is on the truck for delivery, but it never comes. Its all right there in their tracking. Fed Ex used to be terrific. This is a disaster. They even lied and said they tried to deliver it once. Other reviews say the same thing.

Questions & Answers

Does anyone else have problems receiving their package from FedEx and why do they not have any customer service?

Yes!!!!!! Thursday - email in at 6+pm "an attempt was made to deliver package but no answer" (Wife, Son and Daughter home all day- no one stopped in), FRIDAY - email in at 6+pm "an attempt was made to deliver package but no answer"(Wife, Daughter & Son home all day no truck, no knock, no call) Wife calls and told a signature was needed, and would start an investigation into driver & package and email follow up back to her. 3 hours later no email. call fedex get on hold 20+ min's -we go to bed. I call in the morning and it is out for delivery again. anytime by 8pm, what??? no idea when!?!?!?!?!? and i find out no signature is needed!!!!!!!... not customer caring at all.... my wife just got a text it was delivered just a few minutes ago... no knock on the door it is just sitting there ... not even a sorry for delaying your delivery for 3 days.....

FedEx employees are liars and lazy. They were in in front of my apartment complex, sent me a text saying it was delivered, and it was not. This is not the first time they have done this to me! I have been on the phone for 20 minutes with FedEx.

Also the driver may have scanned it on the truck and possibly put it at the wrong apartment also like said above there are different contractors that work for fedex

So I currently work at the FedEx in bethpage , NY and I wanna transfer to south Carolina how do I email the FedEx that's down there about transferring

So, you are currently enployeed bu Fedex in NY & you want to transfer to S.C. right? Wouldn't it be easier for you to get that info. Than anyone else? A suggestion, talk to whom ever you give notice to about transferring and they should know what to do. If not talk to HR. If that dont help, talknto HR. If that dont help google fedex and the city.

How do I contact this location directly? Our new driver has been driving dangerously fast. We asked her to slow down explaining the danger and liability of her actions for our business and then she continued to dangerously speed anyway.

If you have talk to her many times then you need to call the police Department and they will deal with her.
