Thursday - email in at 6+pm "an attempt was made to deliver package but no answer" (Wife, Son and Daughter home all day- no one stopped in), FRIDAY - email in at 6+pm "an attempt was made to deliver package but no answer"(Wife, Daughter & Son home all day no truck, no knock, no call) Wife calls and told a signature was needed, and would start an investigation into driver & package and email follow up back to her. 3 hours later no email. call fedex get on hold 20+ min's -we go to bed. I call in the morning and it is out for delivery again. anytime by 8pm, what??? no idea when!?!?!?!?!? and i find out no signature is needed!!!!!!!... not customer caring at all.... my wife just got a text it was delivered just a few minutes ago... no knock on the door it is just sitting there ... not even a sorry for delaying your delivery for 3 days.....
You can either call or go out to the sort facility and talk to someone.
Yea this is the worst delivery hub I’ve ever had to deal with. 2nd time my package says delivered and not here. I’m furious
Yes...I was home on a dead end street and no FedEx came into my street during the time it said delivered at 246 pm Sunday afternoon. A signature by DHodge was on email received after contacting Walmart who can't help be ause delivered, FedEx says signed for and had to file fraud signature with FedEx. I have called landlord to see if DHodge in this dead end street. If somebody signs for a 500 TV they are not going to sign real name. House numbers clearly marked.. what a pain.

Yes. Package was to be delivered today. Came home no package. Checked the tracking. Listed as Exception. Nobody home or business closed. My husband is here all day. I have lived at this same location for 24 years. REALLY??? Not a fan of FedEx.
Does ANYONE have the phone number direct to the Mills River Distribution Center (they call it the “Responsible Location”) On Broadpointe Drive?? FedEx “customer Service” won’t give it out!

FedEx sucks! I have been waiting on a exercise machine shipped 10 days ago. When you track it comes back saying delayed. Called about it and was told someone will call you back. No one has called me back. WTF! Looks like I am going to be forced to go to the distribution center to find out where the hell is my package!
I've been fighting with them for days trying to find out where the hell my package is. First they tell me there was a delivery exception because there was no one at the address to receive the package. But there was someone there at the time they say they tried to deliver. And no door tag was left to say they were there. From what I can see it's been riding around on a Fedex truck back and forth, from the distribution/sort facility to god knows where, for the last 3 days. And no one can tell me why. They put a trace on it 3 days ago, saying they'd call me back, but so far, nothing. This is getting ridiculous!
