Nice experience with kids! So many things to do
Dean Woods
I was extremely disappointed after spending $225 for 5 people to get in then you have to pay for individual rides.
Joan Lapenta
Expensive

Most rides are 42" to ride alone or 36" can ride with adult. Lines were not to long. The park is clean and well maintained. Buy online ahead of time for cheaper admission price. Kids under 36" are free and seniors 65 and over not riding are free. All the staff were very friendly. The hard hats and safety vests are for sale as you walk in $32 for both see photo.

They do offer a no ride senior citizen band. Adults pay full price. You will likely want to participate.
Yes. You get a wrist band at the gate which allows you to go out and back in again!
Yes, but the magic number is 36" or taller. There's more to do if they're >42", but 36" gets them into most rides with an adult. Our 3 year old had a blast and there was more than plenty for her to do.
We are opened from March till November 26, 2017
Yes! They do rent them ($7) but you are ultimately allowed to bring your own.
You can bring a bag in with clothes. It will be check upon entry of the park. Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the park except for one clear, unopened bottle of water per guest. Other exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for baby food, food allergies and medical purposes.
Just fyi, your questions are seen by other users, not the staff at diggerland.
For sure the 3 year will love it... if you have a floating device for your 3 y/o take it so they can enjoy the lazy river.
Not to my knowledge. They are only selling a certain amount of tickets a day to comply with covid restrictions
no. There's some shade where you eat lunch.
Entrance cost pays for everything except for the Soaring Eagle but you can get a ticket that will pay for that also then there's video games and one other little digging thing that cost extra money and of course the foods and trinkets there's a couple carnival games that are extra cost but all of those are easily avoidable
There is no general age group. The park is for all ages! There's a minimum height req. of 36 inches for a paid ticket and to get on a lot of the rides. Under that height mark there are a select few rides kids can ride on.
If he's right at the cusp of the 36" mark just make sure he has a thick sole sneaker on so there's no question! Enjoy your trip! Our littles had a great time!
Zip line is another $6 per person and the gold rush session has an additional fee. Basic park entry covers the majority of rides and amusements. There is also an arcade and food options onsite. Picnic area outside the gates and unlimited entry all day with the wristband.
You can keep them in your car, exit the park and eat them, and re-enter with no problem.
Regular admission at the door is about $34. There's a AAA discount for $29 tickets at the gate or you can order online ahead of time for a discount.
Exactly what jo said...its all about height not age
All the same price. Adults get to enjoy it as well.
Check out their Facebook page. It was $40 the other day.
They have had a running deal on Facebook for $40. While 36" and under are free, it is because there isn't much for them to do except the Waterpark and a couple attractions in the main park.
No. Military, veterans and other First responder discounts of $5 off
Other then baby food no. However you can exit to your vehicle and re enter so snacks, food could be consumed at your vehicle.
They have a picnic area they you can bring your food to
You can buy there but it's better to do it online. Less of a hassle
Both, probably better to buy online though, saves you time.

No, not if he is your typical 13 year old. It's a lot of slow, boring rides meant for 3-7 year olds.
They have a water park next door that is owned by diggerland but to come from 2or 3 states i dont think it's worth it. But you could go down to wildwood nj they have amusement park there as well if your staying for a few days which is probably 1hr away from diggerland
You're expecting them to change from last year?
Yes you can.. the ticket price is the same with or without a kid
Yes I believe they have 30% off single day admission
For diggerland xl the age limit is 18 yrs old. But they do have the normal park and I believe there is a height requirement of 36 inches. Age was not specified only the height. Hope this helps.
Do u have wheelchair for disable and how much they cost
Best to buy tickets and reserve spot online in advance.
I did not see any. I only saw 2 seater wagon strollers for $8 all day with a returnable $20 deposit .
Cabana tickets are only good for day of purchase.
Plenty of places to sit, in the sun, and if you want shade you can instead sit at a picnic table in the eating area. No one ever bothers us there.
They would enjoy a day there, but you don't need a membership as they will likely exhaust their interest in a day.
Yes, go onto there web site and pre buy your tix.
Adults can operate most equipment. Diggerland also has adult only equipment, I think it's by reservation only. You can find more information on the website.
I believe you can.
Not sure , give them a call
Yes there are rides but must rides require you to be at least 36 inches tall to ride. There is a nice open playground. I would wait till the child is tall enough to really enjoy the park.
Not at diggerland. Near by I'm not sure about.
It won't be fun on a rainy day. When we were there it was threatening rain and they said they would close the rides if there was going to be lightning. Even with just rain, it wouldn't be much fun.
Limited winter hours
Not small children mine were 9 and that seemed correct. They don't drive on rails you actually drive the machine yourself. Best place. We bought season tickets and are taking their friends over the spring and summer break
Yes it certainly can be. Dress accordingly
Yes they do
People Usually Spend 3 1/2 Hours Here, and around 10 or less minutes on each ride
Yes there is.
No. If they are under 36 inches in height there's nothing to do. They're really isn't a whole lot to watch to make it interesting either.
Completely depends on the day, the weather, etc. We went on a drizzly Sunday and there were more employees than visitors. We never waited in line.
You can bring one bottle of water into the park no food into the park but you can go out to the car and there's a picnic area sorta outside the park
https://www.diggerlandusa.com/contact-us/frequently-asked-questions/ Scroll down to "Can guests bring their own food and drink?".
according to the website diggerfest and winterfest are included with season passes
You'll want a full day, I went for 4.5hrs, and wished I could stay another few hours
We waited until my son was tall enough to do everything him self and he had an absolute blast. I would wait until your little one is at least 3 so there is more for them to do, enjoy, and remember.
wow...does your child go outside on a daily basis if so they are already exposed... eye rolls.
I agree with George, I would call ahead and ask. I didn't see where they rented wheelchairs or strollers.
Yes, sometimes rainy weather makes mud which can make for a different experience. They don't seem to close for light rain.
$40, I think.
If you take transit bus it would be the 55
It's more of a height requirement: Children 36 to 42 inches can ride on some attractions, while anyone over 42 can be on any attractions.
Yes they are one of the few waterparks that are open all year around
A 2018 season pass is valid on all normal operating days during 2018.
It is cold. Unless its raining or super windy all rides sound be open
Snowing lightly here now. Id check with the main office before going.
Diggerland will be opening on March 17th, 2018 and Diggerland will be bigger and better than last year
Go to website. Limited to being open on weekends only at this time of year I believe
The food is mostly finger food. My kids love it there though.
It's height-based, not age based. Under 36"/3ft, they really can't do anything besides the playground (why they're free). Between 36 and 42 inches, they can go on rides with an adult, and over 42", they can do pretty much what they want. The Diggerland website has a full list of rides and height requirements.
Under 36" there is one ride de they can ride. Between 36" and 42" they can rife most things with and adult.
