Yes, but the magic number is 36" or taller. There's more to do if they're >42", but 36" gets them into most rides with an adult. Our 3 year old had a blast and there was more than plenty for her to do.

Yes he Wil enjoy. Since height won't match for few rides, he won't be allowed but for kids there are rides which will keep them occupied. For few rides kid can go with family and still enjoy rides.

Yes!! My 3 year old son was 39.5 inches when we went and he wasnt able to get on a few rides but they have a little playground area that occupied his time when my older son was riding rides with his dad :) im sure he will have a blast!

If you want your 3 year old to enjoy, you would need to participate with the kid in the rides. It might be a bit overpriced for a 3 year old
